Design. Font problem

    Bout-ye,

    Have an issue with some random weird graffiti font. If someone sends an email or spreadsheet to a colleague in Times New Roman it comes out in the said weird font.

    The mail client is MAIL, any ideas on a fix? its puttin our heads away!

    Have you got Times New Roman activated? If not, OS X will use a fallback, and it might be stupidly replacing it?

    All versions of Times NR are all activated now but still nothing matey!
